Real Madrid’s dominance in Europe remains unbroken as they clinched their 15th Champions League title. Carlo Ancelotti, often hailed as ‘Don Carlo’, continues to prove himself time and again. As a coach, he has now won the Champions League five times. In this tournament, he showcased brilliant play, notably fielding Lunin despite Courtois’ injury and guiding him through crucial matches like the final.

Though a master plan could be attributed to Don Carlo, Belgian star Hazard saved the day with three assured goals. Even in his farewell match for the club, Hazard impressed with two stunning free-kicks: the first in the 74th minute and a crucial assist in the 84th minute that secured a 2-0 lead for Real Madrid against Bellingham. With this win, Vinicius Junior scored twice in European finals. However, Dortmund could have ended the game in the first half if they had capitalized on their chances against the giants like Real and Bayern.
