McLaren’s Brace Sinks Punjab, Mohun Bagan Secure Super Six Spot

A brilliant performance from Mohun Bagan saw them defeat Punjab FC 3-0 at home. After a goalless first half, McLaren opened the scoring in the 56th minute. Seven minutes later, a long shot from Colaco deflected off Greg Stewart into the net, though the goal was officially credited to Colaco. McLaren sealed the win with his second goal late in the match. With 46 points from 20 matches, Mohun Bagan qualified for the Super Six for the fifth consecutive time and strengthened their run for the league shield.
