IFA pays tribute to Subhash Bhowmick at East Bengal Club

Indian Football Association – IFA Secretary Joydeep Mukherjee and IFA Chairman Subrata Dutta paid tribute to football legend Subhash Bhowmick, who recently passed away.
“There is nothing new to say about Subhash Bhowmick. His contribution to Indian football speaks for itself. It is a great initiative undertaken by East Bengal, to pay homage to the man.
We need a proper management infrastructure in order to groom and develop talented Indian football players.” – Joydeep Mukherjee
“We have lost an influential person in Indian football, it must be said. We would request AIFF for awarding the Dronacharya award to Bhowmick, posthumously.” – Subrata Dutta
