Mohammedan Sporting’s struggles in their debut ISL season continued as they suffered a 4-0 hammering at the hands of Hyderabad FC. After a promising start to their campaign, the Black and White Brigade now face a harsh reality check, with three straight defeats exposing their vulnerabilities.

Hyderabad’s Alan De Souza Miranda opened the floodgates within four minutes, followed by goals from Stefan Sapić and a second from Miranda in the opening 15 minutes. Parag Shrivas sealed the rout with a fourth goal early in the second half.

Mohammedan coach Andrey Chernyshov lamented the team’s sluggish start and mounting fatigue, emphasizing the need for a reset. With the next match against East Bengal looming, Mohammedan must regroup quickly to stay competitive in the ISL.
