East Bengal Women Crowned IWL Champions with Match to Spare

East Bengal’s women’s team clinched the Indian Women’s League title with one match remaining, defeating Odisha FC 1-0. The only goal came from Soumya Guguloth. In doing so, they achieved what the men’s team hasn’t in years—becoming national champions. They also secured a spot in the AFC Women’s Champions League.
