East Bengal Sign Venezuelan Striker Richard Celis Ahead of Derby

With Madih Talal sidelined due to injury, East Bengal has signed Venezuelan international striker Richard Celis for the remainder of the season. Coach Oscar Bruzon had hinted at a new foreign signing prior to the Kolkata Derby.
