East Bengal took a commanding 2-0 lead in the first half against NorthEast United in their ISL home match. Borja Herrera struck in the 14th minute, followed by Clayton Silva’s brilliant goal in the 24th. The Red and Gold brigade displayed clinical finishing to set the tone early.
