Calcutta Sports Journalists’ Club Hosts Goalpost Worship to Mark BTC-CSJC Football School’s First Anniversary

On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, the Calcutta Sports Journalists’ Club (CSJC) organized a traditional Bar Puja (goalpost worship) on its club grounds. The ritual was held to celebrate almost a year of BTC-CSJC Football School’s journey, which began with the aim of developing young footballers under structured training. The event brought together coaches, young trainees, and members of the club, reinforcing the grassroots football culture with a blend of tradition and sporting spirit.
