Eligibility

• Only full-time employees of participating teams can play the tournament.
• All players must produce a copy of their Company IDs at the time of registration.
• Players once registered can be replaced till 10 days prior to the Captains’ Meet (22nd February 2019).
• Only registered players can play the tournament.
• The organiser holds the right to forfeit match(es) and/or remove a team from the tournament on grounds of discrepancy in squad/team.
• It is mandatory for all participants to carry their Employee IDs along with the accreditation provided by the organisers. On failing to do so, the team/player is liable to be disqualified from the match.
• Only executives from participating teams will be allowed to enter event premises and they must produce original Company IDs on request of the organisers.
• Any request for postponement or change of match timings will not be entertained.

Players and Equipment

• Each team would have 11 players in the squad for the entire tournament.
• The playing team would consist of 7 on-field players and 4 substitute players.
• Exclusive match kits will be given to all 11 members of the team at the Captains’ Meet.
• Players must carry their own kits, given to them at the Captains’ Meet.
• Players must be dressed in proper football attire provided exclusively by the organisers – jerseys, shorts and stockings.
• All players are advised to wear shin guards and knee-high socks. Players playing without shin guards will do so at their own risk.
• Footwear: Moulded boots or Astro turf trainers; no metal studs are permitted.
• Goalkeepers are allowed to wear long track pants – not to be provided by the organiser.
• Jerseys are to be tucked in during the game.
• No players will be allowed to enter the ground wearing any piece of jewellery like rings, chains, watches, etc.

Match Duration & Conduct

• Matches will be of 30 minutes duration – each half of 15 minutes with a half-time interval of 5 minutes.
• Injury time is at the discretion of the referee.
• Matches will be conducted by two referees and one off-field official.
• Teams must report at 8am to register for schedule briefing on both the days.
• In case a team does not report on time, a walkover will be awarded to the opponent.
• Referees have the right to ask any player to leave the ground at any time during the match, in case not properly kitted or any sort of misconduct.
